  • All sites are Full Hook-up with water, commercial septic, 50 amp electric, garbage disposal & free WiFi services.
  • Sites are 18′ x 100′. Pull thru and/or double sites are available.
  • Discounted Weekly, Monthly & Multi-Month terms require an upfront deposit & contract. Please inquire for full details.
  • The Current Rental Rates reflect a discount to the Standard Rates that are noted.
  • All Rates are plus 6.19% NM Sales Tax.
  • Payment via credit card will incur a 3.4% convenience fee.
  • We accept the following: Cash, Zelle, Check, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
  • Off-Season runs from Jun – Sep. Season runs Oct – May.
  • Cyclist Tent Sites: We welcome cyclists & offer tent camping for their convenience given our proximity to the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Other tent camping is not recommended.
  • Rules & Regs

Electric:

Phone / Internet:

  • * Our Daily Rate includes 24 kW of electric. Additional kW for needs such as charging an Electric Vehicle will be metered & charged at our per kWh rate.
  • An upfront deposit equal to $25 per week (up to $100 max deposit) is required for all Metered Electric.
  • Electrical usage fee is $0.14/kWh.
  • Electric is charged monthly or at checkout for shorter stays.
  • Other cell phone carriers do not currently provide coverage.

Services:

  • Laundry is available onsite for $2.50 per Load (Wash & Dry).
